Monday, June 6th: Class started early on Monday, 8am, so we all had to be up even earlier than that. Class was crazy difficult because I was so exhausted. For some reason, everything hit me at once. All the running around and hardly taking a break...and I was so close to crashing in class. Afterwards, I excused myself from an expedition to a market downtown and opted to hang out in my room, determined to finish a book. Of course, I got distracted by Facebook and I eventually wound up falling asleep for a good four hours.
After I woke up, Jen messaged me on Facebook telling me that she was going to get Kebobs with the neighbors and that I was invited. We wound up waiting outside the restaurant for our food, under a canopy, as it rained like crazy. We ran with our food back to the car and went back to Marius' room to eat (Kebobs are SO yummy!) We all wound up talking until it was time to head back upstairs and off to bed. I was surprised at how easily I was able to fall asleep...even despite the lengthy nap I had taken!

Tuesday, June 7th: After class, I went with Mel, Carlee and Jen to the cafeteria where we wound up sitting and laughing for a long time. We had a major "Speak of the Devil" moment which made us laugh even more...giving people a good reason to believe that Americans are crazy.
After lunch, we headed back to Jen's room to study and eventually Mel started to do some Zumba and I jumped in for a few songs (so much fun!) Eventually, we finished up and Jen started craving a cheeseburger, so we made plans with the neighbors to walk over to McDonald's. We all got our burgers, ate there and then walked home, where we hung out with the neighbors for a little while. I had a Skype date with Trevor, so I excused myself and went up to my room.
